It started with Rye, and we’re having a grand time doing the same with Bourbon, Wheat and other whiskeys.”

At 100% proof, this whiskey makes the drinker take notice. While it deserves that moment in the spotlight, it is not overbearing or abrasive. The Rye dominate spirit moves the conversation away from other grains and puts the heirloom ingredient front and center. It might not necessarily be the most top of mind Vermont crop, but it is one that has stood the test of time.
